Amazing Things eye makeup, but in the video for Miley Cyrus "7", eye makeup AMAZING.And I was like "Well, I have blue eyes ...." had to go so i kno u guys used to see the vid ferr only, but I want some options to make your eyes more available, because I think I do with them now, [I impress this hot guy sitting next to me in the D Class:]

Brown and blue go best with blue eyes.
I would say it is better to have a dark brown liner on the lower and upper lash line using a smoke effect. Spot the shirt of your eyelid with a Q-tip or tool that is at the forefront of many of eyeliner pencils.
